Well, first of all, what is an ORTHOPEDIC pet bed? And just exactly What is Snoozer?A) Snoozer is a brand-name pet bed, carried in Quality Pet Stores throughout the US and in major catalogs. The Pet Bed in the 1st Bush White House. The White House bought one [Not This bed, they bought a regular round Snoozer for Millie]. The White House liked it; bought another. That speaks for itself for quality. B) An Orthopedic dog bed is, essentially, one that has a convoluted foam pad underlying the outer cover. Imagine an egg carton. Then imagine that convoluted, up and down, egg shell holding format... That is what is under the cover that you see on an ORTHOPEDIC pet bed. It gives, it strengthens as it gives, yet it is not rigid. It's firm, yet has give to it. That's the best way to describe this type of bed, no matter where you see it or who sells it...most who claim to sell orthopedic pet beds follow that type of construction.
